About This Project

The Event: The Electric Vehicle Symposium 26 (EVS26) is the world’s largest forum for electric vehicles.

What ACPP Delivered: As a longtime partner of The Electric Drive Transportation Association (EDTA), ACPP was brought in to manage the scientific conference program. For this particular event, our scope of work included:

  • Educational design and conference development
  • Strategize conference room logistics for maximum impact
  • Manage presenters
  • Managing abstract process (including the call for abstracts, review, scoring and slotting
  • Poster assignments and management (including developing new poster guidelines to create better interaction between attendees and poster presenters).
